The Greater Kingston Chorus (GKC) is a dynamic show chorus with close to 50 members who sing four-part harmony in the a cappella style. Our members live in Kingston and surrounding areas including Gananoque, Napanee, Belleville, Perth and Norwood, New York.
Each year GKC competes in the Regional competition of Sweet Adelines International (SAI) and in April, 2024, GKC placed first in this annual competition.
This Regional win means that the chorus is heading to Columbus, Ohio to compete in the SAI International competition with over 30 choruses from around the world.
We appreciate the generous donations of the community to help offset some of our chorus expenses related to this International competition.
